Sim Dara has begun his career in the hotel and tourism industry starting from scratch until become a General Manager of a hotel in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. With more than 10 years experiences in hotel management, during which, he rose to become the President of Phnom Penh Hotel Association of Cambodia.

With a big dream; with a course of pursuing the greatness in life which he believe that one can be, do, or have more than he or she presently think they can, has inspired him to focus on personal development field. Besides reading books, listening to audio learning programs by the successful business philosophers and leaders in the world, he has attended many world-class trainings and seminars in oversea countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Especially, during his residency in the United States of America, he has an opportunity to learn and copy the knowledge, experiences, and the success system from those famous American's success philosopher, motivational speakers, and businessman, such as Anthony Robbins, Robert T. Kiyosaki, Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy, T. Harv Eker, Steven R. Covey, John C. Maxwell, and many more.

Sim Dara holds an honor degree in Master Business Administration from the Irish University Business School of London.

With his knowledge, skills, and strong commitment, Sim Dara has become very successful in his own life and his businesses. He is now the President of OneTeam International Co., Ltd. He is The Founder, and the Motivational Speaker & Trainer of Success Education System. He is also The Executive Marketing Director and Training Consultant of Sportron International (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.

He was the recipient of 'International Marketing Associate' Award given by Sportron International, USA. He was also awarded by the Direct Selling Association of Thailand as the 'Outstanding Direct Sales Associate' of the Year.

His success and achievements had been featured in regional media like the Nature Magazine, TVK, Apsara TV, and CTN channel 21.
